Composition:
50 % Sangiovese, 50 % Merlot
Vinification:
In small steel tanks of 10 hl and french oak tonneaux with manual immersion of the skins. Controlled fermenting temperature Ageing for 18 months in french oak barriques,of which 50 % are new, and 12 months in bottles.
The clearification is made exclusively by decantation.No sterile filtration is applied.
