Olio extravergine d'oliva
Our olive groves consist of about 500 centenary olive-trees of mixed cultivars as Nostrana and Ghiacciola.

The harvest in November is carried out entirely manual with the help of "combs".

Liquid gold, the fragrance is intense and delicate, full of nuances who remind green artichokes, the sweet-bitter accents of almonds are balanced and harmonious.

Our oil contains more than 600 ppm of polyphenols (antioxidants), which is about double the amount of any other high quality oil.
