Liverzano covers an area of 33 hectares, from which 22 ha are forest, 5 ha olive groves, 3 ha pasture and 3 ha vineyards. The soil on the gypsum massiv consists of sand with few clay.
Thanks to the perfect south-orientation, the steepness and a medium height of 380 meters above sea level our vineyards are naturally poor of parasites. To keep this biological balance, the care of our vines is made without the use of pesticides, herbicides, systemic spraying and fertilizers. As a result our soils are free of heavy metals and other unwanted chemical elements.
